Shipping Protection: Provides optional protection for eligible packages against certain incidents that may occur during transit, such as loss, damage, or theft.
Tipping: Gives customers the option to leave an additional amount as a gesture of appreciation for our fulfillment and customer support teams.

Customers are under no obligation to purchase either service.

2. Shipping Protection Coverage

Customers who choose Shipping Protection may receive coverage for qualifying delivery-related issues that occur while an order is in transit.

Coverage is subject to the applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions described in our Shipping Protection policy. Customers are encouraged to review the complete coverage information before purchasing this optional service.

3. Refunds for Optional Charges

We understand that customers may occasionally select an optional service by mistake or simply decide that they no longer want it.

If you purchased Shipping Protection or added a Tip and later wish to remove the charge, you may contact us to request a full refund of the applicable optional-service amount.

A refund request may still be submitted after the associated order has been shipped. Accidental selections made during checkout are also eligible for a refund of the relevant voluntary fee.

Refunds under this section apply specifically to Shipping Protection and Tip charges and do not automatically constitute a cancellation or refund of the merchandise included in the original order.
